Plan Your Visit to Belonging
We know that visiting a church for the first time can feel a little awkward or even intimidating—especially if you’re not sure what to expect. That’s why we created Plan Your Visit at Belonging Community Church, a simple way to help people in Urbana, Frederick County, and nearby communities feel welcomed and at ease from the very beginning.
When you plan a visit with us, we don’t just hope you find your way—we make sure you’re cared for the moment you arrive. Our team will meet you at the front door, welcome you personally, and help you feel at home right away. If you’re bringing kids or students, we’ll also help you get them pre-checked into Belonging Next Gen, making the check-in process quick, easy, and stress-free so your whole family can settle in confidently.
We’ll also have a small gift ready for you as a way of saying thank you for visiting and to let you know how glad we are that you came.
Bottom line: we don’t want you to feel like a guest—we want to treat you like family.
Our goal is to make your first visit to Belonging Community Church as easy, comfortable, and welcoming as possible. More than anything, we want to take time to get to know you, hear your story, and help you take your next step—whether you’re exploring faith for the first time or looking for a church near you where you can truly belong.

What time are your services?
We meet on Sundays in person and online at 4:30 p.m. Next Gen ministries occur at the same time.
Do you have services for kids and youth?
Yes! Kids and youth are centered in our community. We have space for nursery - elementary open and available during the first portion of our service. The kids then join in with the entire church for dinner around the table.
Where do I park?
There is plenty of parking available in the Sugarloaf Elementary lot. Follow the blue parking signs and flags to find your way. A greeter will be out to assist you in any way needed.
How long do services typically last?
Our worship service, which includes dinner, typically last about 90 minutes. Don’t be shy to linger a little longer after the service - there is always room for a little more dessert.
What should I wear?
Come exactly as you are - don’t dress up or down for anyone.
Is your church accessible?
We have made sure that our building is accessible for people of all different abilities. If you have special needs that you have questions about, drop us an email at hello@belongingcc.com and we will be in touch shortly.
What denomination is the church affiliated with?
Our beliefs and denominational affiliations are all available in depth on our beliefs page. Belonging Community Church is affiliated with Missionary Church USA.
Can I watch services online if I can’t attend in person?
Absolutely! If for any reason you can’t make our in-person service, you can always watch it live or watch it back here on our YouTube channel.
