We believe deeply in the power of generosity and what it reveals about a transformed heart. At Belonging Community Church, we follow the example of Jesus, who gave us everything—including His own life—so we respond by living open-handed and giving back to His work freely and joyfully. Generosity is not something we do out of obligation, but out of gratitude for all God has done and continues to do in our lives.

It empowers us to serve people across Urbana, Frederick County, and surrounding communities like Clarksburg, creating spaces where people can encounter Jesus, build meaningful relationships, and experience life change. From Sunday gatherings to Next Gen ministry, Belonging Circles, outreach, and everything in between, your generosity helps make it possible for more people to discover a place of belonging and their purpose in God’s story.

Why Do We Give?

Supporting Our Ministries
Your donations enable us to run various programs and ministries that uplift and support individuals and families in our community. Through your generosity we can continue to build relationships and partner with other community members, like the VOU, the Regional Library, Sugarloaf Elementary and more as they serve the Urbana community.
Empowering Outreach
We believe in reaching out to those in need, both locally and globally. Your giving allows us to serve our community, such as through our new Serve Circles that will provide meals for the homeless in Frederick. Your generosity helps us fund outreach initiatives that provide food, shelter, and hope to those who need it most.
Equipping Our Place Of Worship
Your contributions help provide a physical place where people can discover a God who says they belong and have purpose in His story right here and right now. Your contributions help us maintain a welcoming and safe space for worship, prayer, and community events.
In Person
You can also give in-person when you join us for worship every Sunday morning at 10 a.m. at Sugarloaf Elementary in Urbana.
